The Client Journey. From Prospect to Raving Client!
The client journey, the value ladder and getting your lead magnet funnel in place. Often times when I get started with clients one of the first action items on my list is to look at and access the client journey, the value ladder they have in place and what does their lead magent funnel look like.
Why? Because this is a critical component in bringing your ideal client along with you on a journey. These are their first interactions with you and your brand so getting them right out of the gate is critical for setting the relationship up for success.
