When you become an entrepreneur you have to become a time management ninja. Why? Because either you run the day or the day runs you.

It’s challenging to grow a business, stay focused and accomplish everything you need to get done when you are constantly checking your phone, your Facebook notifications or your email.

Work expands to time allowed so mastering time blocking is going to become a critical tool for success when it comes to your day especially if you have a virtual team.

This is something my team and I are working on so that we can all work effectively and efficiently. Learning to break big projects down into manageable tasks and completely own the day is the key to getting shit done! Stop letting your email & your notifications run you!
