Five years ago, I came up with this concept that online business is all about the business ecosystem. It is ALL THE THINGS required for you to be success in building your online business. For people like you and me who run online businesses we know that we have to recreate that in person experience online.

Every step that a potential new client sees, experiences, and encounters with our brand is building their trust with us, forming their opinion of us, and impacting whether or not that person will eventually become a client or now.

When you consider ecosystems in general, everything is integrated. Everything is connected. Each thing impacts another and the same goes for online business ecosystems. I often see people miss the mark when it comes to recreating that client experience in the digital world. By no means are we perfect here at Outlier but we definitely work towards continuous improvement.
