Making Systems Sexy

The other day I was chatting with a client of mine who is an incredible coach! We got to chatting about implementing systems in her business and how she is finally at a point in her business where she needs them to grow and make a bigger impact in the world. She has primarily done one on one coaching but can’t currently take on any more clients. She knows she wants to make a bigger impact in the world but has run out of time to serve clients. She knows with great specificity who her ideal client is but needs to figure out a way to reach more clients using the online world. Sound familiar?

Yeah, I’ve been there too. And I used every excuse in the book to not implement systems in my own business even though I’ve been helping clients do it for 15 years. I had some good excuses too, “I don’t have enough time.”, “I’ll do it when I’m less busy.”, “I don’t think I will see an ROI.”.

The truth of the matter is, systems will set you free. They will provide you with limitless growth. They will give you the freedom you need to serve more clients in a systematized way. Systems are sexy! So start taking action today on getting systems in your business.
