Let’s get down to business – the truth behind the effortless look that many people tell me I give off when I make videos for my company. I want to be as transparent as possible for you guys, and let you know that it’s hasn’t always been as easy for me as it is now. There were years where I struggled against the constant war in my brain between getting out content and the fear of putting myself out there on the internet.

For everyone that says that I make it seem effortless, I want to challenge your thinking and tell you that you too can make it look easy. You can put systems and processes in place that make it so much easier to fall back on when you’re having an off week.
