10x Your Sales
These are the notes that I keep at my desk for where I am in business currently. I recently read an article on Medium that gave you 15 things to do immediately if you wanted to become a millionaire. I really got me thinking when it mentioned being able to 10x your business. Based on our current sales goals, ten times that would be 500k, which used to be a very scary number for me. Thinking about it now, it excites me to think that my business could get to that point. At the same time, there are changes that I would need to make to my business if I was to come close to that goal. I would need to delegate more, make more strategic changes, and start putting myself out there more.
One big fear of mine has been creating Youtube videos or even making these podcast episodes. It is very intimidating when you think about what everyone might think of you, and for me personally, the fear of backlash has been holding me back from really kicking off these new initiatives in my business. However, if I’m going to get to the next level and 10x my business, putting myself out there is something that is inevitable!
So far, we’ve been taking baby steps that have resulted in huge gains. I’m ready to start taking bold steps in my business, create the changes that are needed for me and my team, and think about the areas where I need support.
