How to do a open cart / close cart product launch
Today I wanted to break down what you can expect when you do an open cart close cart launch. This is something that we’ve done at OMG a few different times, so I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my expertise in this area. In my mind, there are two types of launches that you can do like this, which are a webinar and a Facebook Live launch. For a webinar launch, you would host a webinar and invite people with the goal of getting them to watch the whole thing and receive some sort of bonus or freebie at the end. The other option is to run a Facebook Live launch and broadcast daily for a short period of time, sharing value and encouraging people to sign up for your freebie. The biggest thing when it comes to their success is definitely planning ahead, making sure that you give yourself at least 90 days ahead of time to really smooth out the kinks. When do you want to start offering it, when is the close date, and when you want to offer an early bird special?
There are a few different phases that you want to go through when launching your product, the first of which is the research phase. This is the most important in figuring out what will work and what won’t. This is also a great way to figure out what is the best product that you can launch for your business. I suggest polling Facebook groups, on your Facebook page, or wherever your ideal client is hanging out. Research, research, research! This is going to be the key to capturing the attention of your ideal client. If you need help figuring out how to successfully launch your business, you have to check out this episode because I’ll be breaking down the phases to successfully launching!
