Understanding What You are selling
Being clear for your ideal clients is one of the best ways that you can draw in new business and close sales for your company. Whether that’s through a webinar, a landing page, an “apply to work with me”, or another service that you are offering, if it’s not clear what the person is buying, chances are they’re not going to purchase it. When you are selling a service to people, they want to know what’s included, how it works, when the calls are going to be, and what else they get with the amount that they are paying.
It’s super important (especially with your one-pagers) to really be able to articulate and explain to the person on the other side what it is that you do and what you are offering. You have to allow people to learn about your product or service before they will have the confidence to buy it from you. If someone isn’t completely clear about what you will improve for them by looking at your landing page or your website, it may be time to make some adjustments and get super specific about it.
Usually, your landing page can be enough to get someone to purchase a product from you, as long as it’s created the right way. Depending on the size and price of your product, it could take a lot of convincing on that page to get someone to take the risk and purchase from your business. When someone is considering making a purchasing decision like that, it has to be as simple as possible. The more steps that you require someone to take, the more that you are going to lose people. I personally believe that having a one page check out is the best thing that you can do because it keeps the process as simple as possible.
