RANT: You HAVE to do the work

RANT ALERT! Nothing makes me more crazy than an someone who wants to shortcut success at the beginning of their business. You have to do the work and put in the time! There is no way around it. When it comes to building a successful business you have to be the mostly wildly passionate person in your business if you are going to build a team to help you bring your visions to life. That starts with belief, consistency and showing up as a leader. In this episode, I share my take on putting in the hard work (espeically at the beginning) and how spreading your passion and mission as you grow the business will have a positive impact.
