How I went from playing CEO to becoming CEO

Today I am going to share my journey with you on how I went from “playing CEO” to becoming CEO. The transitions that myself and my business has been making in the past couple of years has been game changing for my life, my team and the number of lives I get to impact. BUT let me tell you it sure is challenging. Going from low six figures to multi-six figures has been a lesson in growth for certain. I’ve been thrust into everything from learning how to create systems around myself, around lowering noise, around managing the team, all while staying focused on the goals at hand and learning to trust my team has my back and will create the desired outcome we need to keep the business in momentum.
