What to Expect When You Are Entrepreneuring as you transition to a team
Let’s be honest – no one tells you what it’s really going to be like being an entrepreneur when you are transitioning from working alone to hiring a team. So many people come in unprepared because they don’t realize the scope of how hard it can be and how much you are taking on. This whole episode is dedicated to telling you the things that I wish I had known when I first started out on my entrepreneurial journey. Whether you are the type of entrepreneur who is starting out on a smaller local scale or who wants to make a global impact, there are struggles that you will face along the way.
For example, no one tells you just how many hats you have to wear when first starting your own business. Unless you have the funding to hire someone for each of these jobs, you’ll have to play all those empty roles for yourself. You’ll be the salesperson, the marketing team, the HR department, and the bookkeeper all rolled into one. This is just one of the things that you aren’t being told when you first begin your journey. I share all the pieces of advice and knowledge that I wish I knew when I first started, so if you’re new to starting your own business you won’t want to miss this episode.
