Handling Turbulence in Your Business

Who’s ready to go behind the scenes with me? In the last 60 days, my business has been going through a major growth spurt and I’ve been growing with it. I want to be able to show you guys what you haven’t seen publically yet so that you all can use it as a learning experience just like I have.

Since I got back from Christmas, it’s been insane on the business side of things. From challenges at home with the kids to the weather to a failed attempt to hire someone who wasn’t able to be employed, it’s been a long two months. With that being said, it’s been a challenge to commit myself to the tasks that need to get done each week. I would catch myself getting frustrated with myself or the people around me for no apparent reason and I was forced to take a step back. I spent a lot of time reflecting on the challenges that I’ve been facing and had been trying to learn how to operate on a new level. This episode is completely devoted to teaching everyone how I’ve been able to gain new knowledge and a new mindset on how to deal with the problems that arise.
