Quick decisions

I wanted to do a podcast around how you can learn how to make quick decisions in your business.

As I’ve looked into how to continue to grow my business, one thing that I’ve seen continuously is that people who are running 7-figure businesses are able to make decisions very easily. I share this with you because often times many of us hem and haw over little things instead of trying to figure out the fastest way of going from A to B. It’s amazing to see how fast those business owners make decisions. It’s crazy because they make decisions in a way that is in alignment with their goals and with the things that they want to do. It’s super straightforward based on whether or not it is in alignment with the business. If you aren’t at the 7 figure spot yet, I want you to think about how you are making decisions in your business. Are you making them quickly? Are you getting caught up in the how and the what instead of making the decision that is in alignment with your business goals?

I would content that when you start to think about the overall goal, the decision that you have to make will be much easier. Thinking about what’s best in pursuit of the goal is super simple, as long as you can focus on making that decision quickly and not getting caught up in the details. All too often many of us that aren’t at that level get caught up in the mundane details, rather than just making the decision and figuring the details out later. It’s ultimately detrimental, not only to our business but to our ability to move forward in a manner that is consistent with the growth that we want to achieve. I’m making the decision to stop allowing the details to get me off my track to success in my own business.
