Not all Implementation is Created Equal
This year my focus for my business has really become all about making marketing simple. That encompasses all stages of what we do. I’ve been working on creating a business ecosystem builders code that would work for people who are just starting out all the way up to people who have a million-dollar business.
I started this because something is going on in the online space. There are so many people who make a living selling course, and lately, there’s been a shift in the number of people that are willing to purchase them. More entrepreneurs want an integrated approach to their business strategy that covers all areas of business! Who else is getting tired of buying courses and then trying to figure out everything on your own?
In my business, we’ve created our Done for You services for that exact reason. We help you figure out what steps you need based on where you are currently, and give you a rounded business strategy. We offer strategy, coaching, and advising, our Done for You services, and our Done with You services. So many of these courses are just focusing on one sliver of business and aren’t integrating that into your overall business model. Not all implementation is created equal!
Marketing is an art and a science. I test things out all the time, like new techniques, new strategies, and how things can come together cohesively. When you think about strategy, it’s a 10,000-foot view on what you’re doing for your business. It’s about knowing the data around your business and applying that data to the company so that you can continue to figure out what brings you success. It drives me crazy because so many times what will happen is that people will take the strategy that we give them and attempt to implement it themselves, and when I look at their social media or other initiatives they are implementing it, but not in the best way possible. At the end of the day, not all implementation is created equal!
